Luteal Phase Support

This lecture will focus on what Luteal Phase actually is. Some of the other topic areas included in the lecture are the basics of physiology and endocrinology, the difference between stimulation with oral coagulants and with gonadotropins, IUI cycle and Assisted Reproductive Technology(ART) cycle. We will also learn if the use of agonist is recommended or if there is a need to change the antagonist, and does it change the Luteal Phase. This session will cover aspects of Luteal Phase support, the various medicines and treatments, the different injectables, suggested timelines for this therapy, the route and what do the evidence highlight.
