Post Operative Complications in Gynaecology

Complications or difficulties during gynec surgery usually result from the proximity of uterus and ovaries to other critical pelvic structures like urinary tract, vasculature, bowel & nerve tissues. It is important for gynaecologist to gain prior understanding about pelvic anatomy to perform this complex procedure. Those these complications cannot be entirely prevented when they happen, but they can be dealt in correct way. This lecture addresses the common difficulties such as bowel complications, pulmonary complications, cardiac complications, renal complications, bladder issues etc. and the best way to address these issues and deal with them efficiently.
