Meet the Instructor

Dr. Jordan Feld
MD, MPH

Dr. Feld graduated from medical school at the University of Toronto in 1997
and then completed residency programs in Internal Medicine and
Gastroenterology. Following his clinical training, Dr. Feld focused on developing
skills in clinical and laboratory research in liver disease, with a particular
interest in viral hepatitis. He completed a clinical research fellowship in
hepatology and then spent 4 years doing clinical and laboratory research in the
Liver Diseases Branch of the National Institutes of Health. He received a
Masters of Public Health with a focus on Infectious Diseases as a Sommer
Scholar from Johns Hopkins University and has worked extensively abroad,
brmaintaining a strong interest in International Health.
Currently, Dr. Feld is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of
Toronto and Staff Gastroenterologist at Toronto Western Hospital and Mount
Sinai Hospital, Canada. His research focuses on understanding treatment non-
response in hepatitis C and more broadly on understanding the antiviral
immune response and developing new strategies for the treatment of viral hepatitis.

There is a Question box just below the video player where you can submit any related questions at the time of the live lectures. Answering to the questions solely depends on the doctor/lecturer giving the lecture.

As per our policies with the doctor/lecturer the content used in the live lectures can be viewed only on DocMode.org

Information regarding any upcoming live lectures are put up on the site a week prior and can be found on our site’s homepage under Upcoming Lectures.

As of now DocMode does not offer any credit points for watching the live lectures/on-demand recording.
