Lifewellness Healthcare, a medical devices leader in Australia, relaunched its Airphysio OPEP device, which was limited to patients in Australia until now, for other markets as well. Along with the OPEP device, the company also expanded its range of products for COPD patients such as a personal ultrasonic spirometer, Suresense Pulse Oximeter etc. for the patients in the US and other markets.  

According to a company statement, AirPhysio uses oscillating positive expiratory pressure to facilitate easier breathing in users by reducing mucus buildup. The device has been reportedly relaunched due to increased demand on account of its lightweight and ease of use.
