Lupin launches women heart disease awareness campaign

Indian drugmaker Lupin has launched a coronary heart diseases awareness initiative with Mary Kom,  the six-time world boxing champion, as its brand ambassador. Titled as Shakti campaign, the awareness initiative is aimed at increasing the awareness of heart diseases among women. Coronary heart diseases are the leading cause of death for women in India and yet awareness levels on the issue remain abysmally low.
