The world will soon accept India’s age-old Ayurveda

Prime minister Narendra Modi recently explained how the world will soon accept India’s age-old Ayurveda like it appreciated yoga on his monthly radio address ‘Mann ki Baat’. He said that people of our own country often fail to recognize and acknowledge the strengths and traditions of their own country.

But if the same traditions are propagated by another country and they try to advocate our own formulas lathered with evidence-based research, we tend to quickly accept it, maybe because of the life-long remains of influence and rule of foreign. Today we see people all over the world actively practicing yoga due to its benefits to one’s health. Soon they will happily accept Ayurveda and practice India’s age-old Ayurveda practices because of its usefulness to the human body and health without harming it. Especially now, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, when they are paying attention to the Ayurveda practices in regular lifestyle to build immunity against coronavirus and keep the body healthy in a simple way. Social Media is flooding full of write-ups about the benefits of Ayurveda which is gaining approval from the audience all over the world

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also suggested that it is the responsibility of the youth to take the lead in explaining to the world about India’s age-old Ayurveda scientifically. He also urged people to follow the guidelines given by AYUSH ministry such as drinking warm water and decoctions and include those given practices in your daily routine.
