India’s Covid death toll crosses 5.10 lakh
India’s Covid death toll so far has touched 5,10,413 and the total cases in India have crossed 42.75 million since March 2020 when the first wave of the pandemic hit the country, as per the Union ministry of health and family welfare. Meanwhile, the Centre has asked the states and UTs to end additional restrictions amid decline seen in cases in the third wave.
