India reported 13,405 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours, registering a further dip in the daily cases as compared to 25,000 and above posted in the last one week.  The country also recorded 235 new deaths on Monday. The number of new cases that the country registered on February 17 was 30,757 and then it started falling consistently. The Omicron variant driven third wave peaked in January and the highest number of single-day cases was 3,47,254 on January 21.
