The Union Health Ministry has revised Covid related international travel advisory,  providing various exemptions for Indians being evacuated from Ukraine. As a part of this, the mandatory pre-boarding negative RT PCR test and vaccination certificate are exempted for Indians. They are also being exempted from the mandatory uploading of documents on Air-Suvidha Portal before departure.
