CAR-T Therapy Intervention Training for Oncology Nurses Improves Management
According to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Pathways, providing CAR-T therapy intervention training for oncology nurses can significantly improve the management of patients undergoing CAR-T cell therapy. The study evaluated the impact of a 90-minute online training program on oncology nurses’ knowledge and confidence in managing patients receiving CAR-T cell therapy. The training covered various aspects of CAR-T therapy, including patient selection, adverse event management, and patient education. Results showed that after completing the training, oncology nurses reported a significant improvement in their knowledge and confidence levels.
