“COVID-19 Outbreak in a Fully Vaccinated Long-Term Care Facility — King County, Washington, 2021”

All eligible residents and staff at this facility were fully vaccinated. The outbreak affected 23 of her residents, 20 of whom were symptomatic and 7 staff members. Delta variants were identified in samples from four vaccinated residents.
