India’s daily Covid fatalities remain on the rise
India, which reported 71,365 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours ending 9 am Wednesday, continued reporting high Covid-related death rates in the last two weeks. The country registered 1,217 deaths on Tuesday and the fatality rate remained above the 1000 mark in the last two weeks consistently. The active caseload in the country currently stands at 8,92,828.
