Flatbit studio, a Japanese mask manufacturer,  has developed a new type of comfortable, breathable mask for asthma patients, that is reportedly made of a flexible resin. The company had last year launched 3D face masks that aids in decreasing the skin contact and this in turn makes it easy to breathe.  

Yasumasa Obasa, the owner of the company, himself an asthmatic, said that he came up with the idea of an innovative and comfortable mask for people after going through the same. 

“The mask comes with a buckle and belt adjustment too that ensures better fitting. As this is a non filtering mask, it helps in blocking the air intake and exhaust from the front surface,” Obassa said.
