Research studies gynecological cancer using robotic surgery to assess costs, safety and efficacy

Because of its minimally intrusive nature, robotic surgery has risen beyond traditional manual operations. It is already commonly utilized in hospitals, and comprehensive programs for using robotic technology to treat gynecological malignancies are in the works. To determine if the greater expenses of robotic surgery are justified, they must be compared against manual and laparoscopic surgery. This research assesses the robotic surgical technique and its use in gynecological malignancies to ensure its safety, practicality, and efficacy. Infections are frequently more common with traditional surgery than with laparoscopic or robotic surgery. With modern technology, hospital stays are shorter, but there are limitations such as restricted robotic systems, high prices, and the need for competent surgeons in specialized institutions. Finally, robotic surgery offers a substantial development in the treatment of gynecological malignancies.
