The risk of heart attacks and strokes are being reported not just immediately after Covid infections, but risks of heart conditions remain significantly high even a year after the infection, according to a new US study. Similarly, doctors in India too have reported that those infected during the second wave are coming back with inflammation of heart muscles, heart attacks, and irregular beating of the heart.
