French drug multinational Sanofi group along with its India unit, Sanofi India, have agreed to sell their brand Soframycin Skin Cream and some of other legacy associated brands Sofradex, Sofracort, Soframycin-Tulle for India and Sri Lanka markets, to Encube Ethicals. Encube has been a longtime contract manufacturer for Sanofi in India for making Soframycin and other products.  

Soframycin Skin Cream has a legacy of more than 50 years in India with a vast distribution network and strong brand recall.
