Duration

Preceptorship will be for a duration of 1-2 weeks and Observership will be for a duration of 1-2 months.

Observe the delivery of care in a healthcare facility

Observe interaction of physician with patients and enhance history taking, assessment & diagnostic skills

Exposure to American colloquialisms (slang, euphemisms, etc.)

    • Applications for the program needs to be submitted min. 4-6 months in advance before the intended visit.

    • Applications are reviewed by the specific clinical/surgical area leadership and based on availability.
    • Please kindly note that pre and post examination with multiple choice question is not part of this program. Participants would receive a Certificate of Participation.
