Dr. Saba Tabasum is Post- Doctoral Research fellow at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School Boston, United States. She has 8 peer reviewed articles published in various publication including Nature Communication journal and Journal of clinical investigations with a very high impact factor of 19.45 and 14.92 and an US patent filed on her research work Vasculogenic Fibroblasts.
She was awarded First Macnaught Fellow in Macnaught Fellowship 2022 at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Boston. Earlier she was awarded A. R. Rao Young Researcher Award for Oral Presentation at International Symposium On Cancer Prevention and Treatment in 2018 and also received Sakura Scholar award, Japan-Asia Youth Exchange Program in Science award conducted by Kagoshima University at Kyushu, Japan.

                                She obtained her Master of Biochemistry from Hamdard University at New Delhi, India and also bagged University Gold Medal and Doctoral degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India on “Targeting Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) by Small Molecules-Implications for Preventing Cancer Invasion and Metastasis”.  She moved to the United States to pursue her Post - Doctoral Research Fellow at Ohio State University, Columbus and Indiana University.
She is also a member of American Association of Cancer Research , The Society for Melanoma Research and Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer . Her technical expertise is on cell culture, protein analysis, gene analysis, immunology, cytotoxicity analysis, microscopy, Animal handling and bulk RNA sequence data analysis.
