Terms and Conditions:
- PENSA2022 would be in Person
- Pre-Conference Workshops on 1st December 2022
- The conference is on 1st – 3rd December 2022
- Accompanying people and children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
- Registration cannot be transferred.
- Airport Transfers cost is not included in the registration amount
- Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not duly filled

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- No Refund will be given for cancellation requests received after – 25thOctober 2022
- All requests for cancellation must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing by email only
- Cancellation request for any paid registration MUST BE received by the Conference Secretariat through email to be entitled to refund.
- REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received on 25th October 2022 after deducting the administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
- Refunds, if any will be processed post conference within 20 days.
- A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund as the fund has been received. NO CASH refund policy.
NOTE
The Registration fee includes 18% GST (Government taxes)
