India reports 795 new Covid cases on Monday

India on Monday recorded 795 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours ending 9 am Tuesday. The Union Health Ministry data released Tuesday morning showed that the active cases declined to 12,054 comprising 98.76 percent of the total infections. The daily positivity rate reported on Monday was at 0.24 percent.
