India’s first Health ATM launched in New Delhi
India’s first-of-its-kind Health ATM or Kiosk for early diagnosis of heart health risk factors has been launched in New Delhi. Developed by India Health Link (IHL), this health/fitness station is a non-invasive digitally integrated PHYGITAL (Physical+Digital) ecosystem, connecting primary, preventive and predictive healthcare. India, which has been reporting alarmingly rising incidents of heart failures for the last several years, could significantly benefit from such quick-screening setups if penetrated well across the country, say experts. The first kiosk, which can test some 22 vitals in less than 5 minutes, has already been used by many health professionals themselves.
