The medical profession like others requires a continuing educational program to ensure that the best patient care is available universally. This is so important that it is critical that the most effective and efficient means are used to provide medical education.
The combination of e-learning and classroom instruction has been proven to be the most effective means of providing educational instruction. Besides offering webinars, developing asynchronous courses and participating in class discussions, I am passionate about educating the educators in these new technologically based techniques.
Over the next ten years, it is my hope that many more will be able to avail themselves of the latest medical advances as a result of current and future capabilities of e-learning and other technological innovations.
